My appointment was 4.30 and I eventually left at 8.00 pm. The treatment was brilliant. That's all that matters really. The rest is a small price to pay.
Very caring staff. Maybe save money not offering sandwiches. Just a hot drink would suffice. Very grateful to the eye ward.

-General attention was just amazing.
-Dr Darin (audiologist) is extremely professional, Ashford hospital should be very proud of her.
-Nothing to improve, really impressive how all process was quick, easy, simple and with a lot of professional.

Total lack of communication and action between Ashford and St. Peters. 3 months and 3 checks to ensure hearing aid moulds were at Ashford - Not. Resulting in them being sent over by Hoppa bus and another visit following morning for fitting. Incompetence!
